With PreOrder Now, customers can check out with both preorder and in-stock items, but how do you handle shipping? 📦 Ship separately – In-stock items ship right away, preorder items later. Message: "Some items in your order are available now, while others are on preorder. We’ll ship the available items first and the rest as soon as they’re ready." ✔️ Pros: Faster shipping, clear expectations ⚠️ Cons: May incur additional shipping fees, complex fulfillment 📦 Ship together – Wait until all items are ready and ship together. Message: "Your order includes a preorder item, so we’ll ship everything together once all items are ready to go. This helps us reduce packaging waste and save you an extra shipping fee. Thank you for your patience!" ✔️ Pros: One shipment, simpler logistics ⚠️ Cons: Longer wait, needs clear communication 💬 How do you handle mixed carts? I want to have an option to turn off the ticketing for free events. Some of my events are free to the public and don't need tickets. It doesn't make sense to be charged a processing fee for free tickets. To avoid the charge, I'm not going to manually put 150 people's information and send the ticket, and I don't know if someone wants to buy the ticket.
Improve the check-in dashboard so merchants can easily view real-time attendance stats, including how many attendees have checked in, how many are still pending, and overall event attendance progress.
Add an option to notify staff when tickets are sold, including the current number of tickets sold.
Add a bulk refund feature to make it easier to refund tickets, especially for events with a large number of attendees.
Enable automatic syncing of all event types with Google Calendar, so customers and merchants can easily track and manage upcoming events in their calendars.
Hi there, We're using Evey for our events and really like it so far! One thing we noticed: the calendar in the recurring events scheduler starts the week on Sunday. In Europe (and most of the world), the week starts on Monday. There doesn't seem to be a setting for this. Would it be possible to add a "first day of week" option in the scheduler settings? Or perhaps have it follow the store's locale automatically? That would be a great improvement for non-US stores. Thanks!
We want to move our store to a third-party checkout solution like GoKwik or Shiprocket, but Zenbox Bundle Builder doesn’t currently support integrations with these. Having this feature would allow us to keep using bundles while switching to our preferred checkout provider. This feature is important because without it, we can’t use Zenbox Bundle Builder if we move away from Shopify Checkout. Adding support would let us continue offering bundles and discounts seamlessly.
Hey everyone! I’m hosting a small indoor market and a lot of locals have been asking if they can just show up and pay at the door. We’re using evey for tickets, but not sure what the best setup is for walk-ins. Do you manually check them in? Create a last-minute door ticket? I want to make sure to avoid a mess at entry.
A feature to make it easier to sell and manage season tickets. One purchase that gives access to a series of events (like multiple sports games or weekly workshops). A single “season pass” that grants access to multiple event dates.
Allowing emails to be sent through Shopify Email instead of requiring a separate integration would simplify setup, reduce reliance on third-party services, and provide a more centralized communication process directly within the Shopify platform. This would be especially beneficial for merchants already using Shopify Email for marketing and transactional messages.
Add a "Sold Out" label to the events widget when an event is fully booked, ensuring customers are immediately aware that tickets are no longer available for that event.
Please add a required email confirmation field (enter twice) on the ticket purchase screen. We constantly get messages like ‘Where’s my ticket?’ — turns out, the email was entered wrong. This simple step could prevent so many support headaches.
Hi, I’d like to request a feature that lets the step button say “Skip” instead of “Next” when the step isn’t required. Right now, every step shows “Next,” even if it’s optional, and that can be confusing for customers; they might think they have to pick something when they don’t. It would be much clearer if the button changed to “Skip” on optional steps, so shoppers know they can move on without selecting anything. The function already allows skipping, but it’s not obvious unless we explain it in the description or use custom code. It’d be great if this could either happen automatically or if there was a setting where we could set separate labels for required and non-required steps.
Add support for translating all back-end text and UI elements within the app
Our system has a very large number of site charts. Creating them one by one on the KIWI UI screen would be very difficult. It would be great if an API could send the data to create them.
It would be extremely useful to have an automation trigger or integration that activates when an attendee is scanned or marked as “checked in.” This would allow data to be sent to third-party apps like Klaviyo or Shopify Flow, enabling the automatic sending of post-event emails, surveys, or thank-you messages immediately after check-in.
We have many events that are happening in the future, but your app only allows us to show what is coming this month, is there anyway you can adjust this?
When they click Evey Events & Tickets, it should open a dashboard that shows all events in one place, along with recent ticket purchases, instead of going event by event.
I want the option to Automatically process the refund if the customer cancels the order from the preorder email link.
Add the ability to schedule attendee exports (e.g., weekly, monthly, or custom intervals). This will save organizers time, reduce manual effort, and ensure they always have the latest attendee data for reporting, communication, or integrations.
