Ability to select Monday as first day of week

Hi there,

We're using Evey for our events and really like it so far!

One thing we noticed: the calendar in the recurring events scheduler starts the week on Sunday. In Europe (and most of the world), the week starts on Monday. There doesn't seem to be a setting for this.

Would it be possible to add a "first day of week" option in the scheduler settings? Or perhaps have it follow the store's locale automatically? That would be a great improvement for non-US stores.

Thanks!
