Support for third-party checkout integrations (GoKwik, Shiprocket)
We want to move our store to a third-party checkout solution like GoKwik or Shiprocket, but Zenbox Bundle Builder doesn’t currently support integrations with these. Having this feature would allow us to keep using bundles while switching to our preferred checkout provider. This feature is important because without it, we can’t use Zenbox Bundle Builder if we move away from Shopify Checkout. Adding support would let us continue offering bundles and discounts seamlessly.

Show “Skip” button instead of “Next” on non-required steps
Hi, I’d like to request a feature that lets the step button say “Skip” instead of “Next” when the step isn’t required. Right now, every step shows “Next,” even if it’s optional, and that can be confusing for customers; they might think they have to pick something when they don’t. It would be much clearer if the button changed to “Skip” on optional steps, so shoppers know they can move on without selecting anything. The function already allows skipping, but it’s not obvious unless we explain it in the description or use custom code. It’d be great if this could either happen automatically or if there was a setting where we could set separate labels for required and non-required steps.

Keep bundle associations for “Buy Again” orders
When customers reorder bundles using Shopify’s “Buy Again” feature, the products are added as individual SKUs without bundle associations. This makes it impossible to see which products belong to which box in the order. We want “Buy Again” orders to keep the bundle links so fulfillment is clear and repeat orders are processed smoothly without confusion.

The bundle in the screenshot below allows customers to add 3 items for a fixed price of 999. When a customer builds a bundle, the cart only shows one parent product. I want the cart to list all the products I selected so my customers can clearly see everything they added. This would reduce confusion and make the checkout process more transparent.

Ability to Search and Quickly Access Bundles for Editing
It would be helpful to have a search bar or quick navigation tool in the bundle list so we can easily find and edit a specific bundle without having to go through all pages manually. For example, we currently have 69 pages of bundles, and finding one specific bundle takes a lot of time. This will save time, improve workflow efficiency, and make managing a large number of bundles much easier.

Sticky Selections Bar for Fixed Right Side Total Bundle Theme
I’m using the fixed right side total bundle theme, and I’d love to have the selections bar stay sticky at the TOP of the screen while customers scroll. Having it fixed would make the experience feel more seamless and interactive, almost like the Crumbl cookie app. It would really help customers keep track of their bundle as they browse, making it easier to complete their selections without scrolling back up. Note: Current design is the "Order details" box is only sticky at the right side.

Request: I’d like the Custom Date Picker to allow merchants to choose which timezone is used when determining available and blocked dates, instead of relying on the customer’s local browser timezone. Why: I deliver nationwide and close dates based on my operational schedule. Right now, customers in different U.S. timezones (especially Pacific and Mountain) can still select dates that are already closed on my end, which causes fulfillment issues. How this helps: Using a merchant-defined timezone (for example, my store’s timezone) would ensure date availability is consistent for all customers and prevent incorrect orders without forcing me to block extra days or lose sales.

Hi Support Team, I’m setting up a B2B store on Shopify Basic and need guidance on configuring product, bundle, and checkout pricing. Here’s what I want to achieve: Net price display in the store: B2B customers should see net prices only. VAT should be applied only at checkout. Deposit (Pfand) per bottle: Each beverage bottle has a separate deposit. The deposit should not be included in the product or bundle price. It should appear as a separate line item at checkout and on the invoice. Shipping per bundle: Each bundle (e.g., 24-pack) has a fixed shipping cost, applied only at checkout and separate from the product price. Invoice / Order Printer Pro compatibility: VAT, deposit, and shipping should appear as separate fields on invoices.
