Ticket type on check in

Evey Events & Tickets😍 Existing Feature

I have used other check in apps and when you scan the code it pops up what their ticket type is. Super helpful when you do VIP. In a perfect world you can customize a color that pops up with the ticket scanning as well so it’s super easy to know their ticket type.

    Hi there,

Thank you so much for the suggestion!

I just want to let you know that Evey’s check-in screen does show the ticket type when you scan a ticket, so you’ll be able to verify the ticket right away.

At the moment, the color isn’t customizable, but I’ve shared this with our product team.

Really appreciate you calling this out! 😊

    Best,

    Imee
