Self-Serve Ticket Exchange for Customers

We deal with a lot of exchange requests from people booking the wrong date/session. Rather than processing these exchanges manually (the functionality is already there in Evey), it would be great to allow the customer to exchange their tickets to a defined list of products / products of equal or lesser value. This could be instant or could send a list of approvals to admin.
