When a ticket holder transfers a ticket post-purchase (so not using the pre-purchase form), the personal message (and any other custom field) is not available in the transfer email. The only field available is the email address of the purchaser.
Make custom fields (name, personal message, etc) filled in the post-purchase ticket online page available in the transfer email, so that at the very least the person receiving the ticket understands where itβs coming from.
