Set Group Tickets Inventory

So we essentially need to be able to limit total event attendance by number of actual participants, regardless of ticket type or group/non groups (basically, setting a limit on the aggregate number of attendees from all tickets).

    Hi there,

    Thank you so much for your feedback! If you'd like to set a limit on the total number of attendees for your event (regardless of ticket type or whether tickets are purchased individually or in groups), you can do this by sharing inventory across all ticket types.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open the event and navigate to Event Settings.

    2. Go to the Event tab and scroll down to Event Visibility.

    3. Enable the option labeled "Share inventory across ticket types."

    4. Save your changes.

    Once enabled, your set inventory will apply across all ticket types, ensuring the total number of attendees stays within your desired limit! 😊
