Report to see how many attendees per Event
Hi there,
we are selling Tickets for a bunch of different Events. Now, it would be great to have a report that we can share with the different Event-Locations that shows them how many attendees are expected.
Is there a possibility to do that?
It’s important that we can share it with external people. So maybe some solution via Google Sheets or google analytics / looker?

Do I understand correct that this is a bit of a manual process? I need to click into every event and export attendees, then copy-paste it to google sheets? Or is there a way to automate this?

Hello,
You’re right, the process is manual, and there’s currently no built-in way to fully automate it. But there's a quicker way to do it. You can select multiple events at once, click “Actions,” and choose “Export attendees” to get everyone in one file.

Thank you so much for sharing this feature request! 🙂
I can definitely see how having a shareable report of attendee counts per event would be super helpful for keeping event locations in the loop. While this isn’t something we currently support natively, you can export attendees via CSV, and many teams use that workflow to build Google Sheets they can easily share externally.
