Different countries have legal requirements for the information that must be included in B2B and B2C emails, so having additional fields or customization options would help ensure compliance.It would also be useful to customize emails for other purposes, such as:<ul><li>Adding additional information about the event</li><li>Promoting or announcing upcoming events</li><li>Requesting reviews (for example, a Google review)</li></ul>
