Hide or Disable Check-In Button

A partner’s program merchant is requesting an event-level setting to hide or disable the Check-In button in the Evey Check-In app.

Issue:
The always-visible Check-In button allows manual validations, leading to accidental redemptions and misuse, especially when third-party staff handle check-ins. Current workarounds don’t fully prevent this.

Request:
Allow event hosts to hide or disable the Check-In button per event, enforcing QR-code-only validation when needed.

Benefit:
Reduces disputes, prevents unintended check-ins, and gives merchants better control over ticket validation.
