The wait list function currently doesn’t allow customers to leave their number, so trying to contact them when space becomes available is challenging and often emails end up in their junk. Equally customers can'‘t request more than 1 ticket on the wait list so they either have to join the wait list multiple times or we have to wait for a response before understanding how many tickets they need. Adding in the functionality to gather this data would make it a much simpler process both as a merchant and as a customer.
