Display Custom Line Properties from SC Product Options App

We're currently using the SC Product Options app to create add-ons for event tickets. These add-ons appear correctly on the product page and can be selected by customers during purchase.

We’d like to request that the custom line properties generated by SC Product Options be displayed on the event tickets.

The display should be conditional: if no add-ons are selected or available for a particular event, the section should remain hidden.
