Hi team,
Iβm using Evey for a multi-location event format (food tours with multiple participating venues), where each ticket allows guests to visit several different locations and redeem items via QR check-ins.
Currently, the check-in system aggregates all check-ins across all locations. While this works technically, it creates a major usability issue for individual venues.
Each venue only sees the total remaining check-ins on a ticket, but not how many guests have already visited their specific location or how many are still expected.
For venues, it is currently not possible to quickly understand:
How many guests have already checked in at their location
How many guests are still expected to arrive
Because:
Check-ins are aggregated globally across all locations
There is no per-location breakdown in the scanner app
This makes planning (staffing, food preparation, etc.) much harder for each participating venue.
Add a per-location check-in dashboard in the scanner app, for example:
For each logged-in venue:
β Number of guests already checked in at this location
β³ Number of guests still expected at this location
π Optional: total assigned guests for this location
This could be based on:
total tickets sold
minus check-ins already completed at this specific location
This feature would:
Greatly improve operational clarity for venues
Reduce confusion caused by aggregated check-ins
Make Evey much more suitable for multi-location events (like food tours, festivals, etc.)
Share update with 0 linked conversations as well
