Currently the only option is to turn off shipping emails in shopify completely. We need these for the rest of our products but not for tickets. The alternative is to set tickets to be manually sent, which is a work flow issue that we don’t really have the man power for. Would love a solution that allows for automatic distribution and other ticket related emails without triggering shopify’s emails which are designed for our physical products.
