Allow Attendee Information to Apply Across Ticket Types

Currently, there is a checkbox which allows all tickets of the same type to use the same information. But if people buy more than one ticket type (eg. adult tickets and child tickets) then they must fill out the form twice and check the box for each type. It would be more streamlined to allow that first checkbox to apply to every ticket in the whole order.
