Ability to add custom banners to the order form (visible only to wholesale customers)

I’d love a way to add custom banners or messages to the wholesale order form that only show to customers with specific tags. This would help us highlight special info, promotions, or updates just for our wholesale clients, without affecting the regular storefront.
